The Role

As a Business Administration & PA, you will provide comprehensive support with all aspects of day-to-day clerical, administrative, and Digital tasks to enable the company to operate effectively and efficiently.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Administrative Support

· You will be responsible for ensuring that all daily tasks are completed promptly, contributing to the smooth flow of operations.

· Daily interaction with clients and stakeholders will be crucial in handling inquiries and providing effective assistance via calls and emails.

· Your role will involve efficiently processing telephone inquiries and addressing queries with professionalism.

· You will perform various administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying, contributing to the organization and accessibility of essential documents.

· Your attendance at weekly company meetings will be essential to stay updated and aligned with the team’s goals.

· You will be expected to undertake any other appropriate tasks as required by the team, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

· Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

· Handle logistics including venue booking, catering, and travel arrangements for attendees.

Personal Assistance

· Provide personalized administrative support to executives.

· Manage personal tasks and errands for executives as required.

· Coordinate personal appointments and reservations.

Business Administration

· Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.

· Assist in project management and coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

· Conduct research and compile data to assist with strategic planning and decision-making.

· Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Sale

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.

· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.

· Present and demonstrate Cosonas’ products and services to prospective clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

· Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote Cosonas.

About You

To join us as a Business Administration and sale you will need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

· Experience in project management.

· Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).

· Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.

The Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Associate with a strong focus on Sales, SEO, social media campaigns, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, as well as excellent design skills using tools such as Canva and Figma. A solid understanding of reporting and analytics is also essential for this role.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Optimization:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance, including SEO, social media, and Google Ads metrics.
  • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to the marketing team to inform future strategies.
  • Confident in using Google Analytics, Google ads, Google console, Meta Business Suite
  • Social Media Content strategy & Campaigns:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, likedin, Youtube and others.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Be at ease with podcasts and camera recording.
  • Google Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices and trends.
  • Design Skills:
  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using confident in using Canva or any related design platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive and effective design concepts.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communicate the intended message.

Business Development / Sales

  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify.

Working Hours:

  • This is a part-time position, requiring up to 20 hours per week or more.
  • This is a strict office-based role, and you will be required to commit to working from our office during your scheduled hours.
